Refund policy

You may exchange or return your purchase (sale & final sale items excluded) for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 21 days of having received it. Items eligible for return/exchange MUST be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, free of any stains, odors or defects and with all packaging and tags still intact and attached. Sale items not eligible for exchange or returns.

Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Felix T. Jack. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved for an exchange or return, the buyer will be notified. If the item is an exchange, buyer will not be charged an additional shipping for an exchanged item.
